Viewing and editing alignments with Seaview

Sometimes you need to manipulate alignments, to trim them, cut out pieces to keep or throw away, and sometimes even to adjust the alignment itself. A handy application for doing these tasks and others is Seaview. Seaview runs on a variety of platforms and an executable for Mac OS X is available on-line.
