Playing with profiles

1. Have a look at this nice little page on Position-Specific Weight Matrices. Unfortunately, the plotting functions don't work but it is still quite interesting.
   
   
2. Look at the examples of sequence logos at the web logo page
3. Take one of the OPS2 sequences and run it with PSI-BLAST. Don't forget to press the button to run it for more than one iteration!
