Information regarding the computer labs

 

The computer labs will be held at BMC, Uppsala BioMedical Centre, room A6:0. It is a computer lab with 20 Windows computers, where the participants of the workshop will work in pairs to try the many features of Bioclipse. The second day will also consist of a tutorial on how to use Eclipse, checking out the Bioclipse source code, and step-by-step instructions for writing a new Bioclipse plugin.

 

We are currently investigating if you can use your own laptops for the tutorials. More information regarding this will be available here shortly.
